Open Position: Loan Originators

Job Summary

BridgeCore is seeking two ambitious and resourceful Loan Originators with experience in relationship management, business development, and real estate finance to assist in marketing the Company’s unique bridge loan program to mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, and investment sales brokers.

Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to swiftly identify the needs of the brokers and their clients, meet loan production goals, and actively practice our values of growth, integrity, and commitment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet with mortgage brokers and investment sales brokers on the phone and in person (when it becomes safe to do so) to originate and evaluate mortgage loans according to Company guidelines and standards.
  • Review financial information from all relevant parties.
  • Submit and monitor the status of soft quotes, term sheets, and applications.
  • Maintain active relationships with brokers by keeping them informed of BridgeCore program updates and deal closings.
  • Interact with mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, investment sales brokers, and service providers as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Track record of successfully originating various kinds of mortgage loans, especially bridge loans.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a loan originator, mortgage broker, real estate salesperson, appraiser, or real estate analyst.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and sales skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and loan origination or CRM software.
  • Ability to maintain compliance with Company and lending practices.

This is a remote-work, contract position, with relocation not required. We prefer candidates to reside in California or Arizona, and will consider other states in the Southwestern region of the U.S.
